Returns policy

We realize that sometimes products just don't suit you and you want to return them. As long as the item is in its original condition, we accept returns for free in accordance with our policies below, including our Fair Use Policy.

If the product is returned within 28 days of delivery, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.

If you have a product purchased on sale (i.e. with a reduced price marked in red), you must create a return and request a refund within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you or to the collection point. You must then return this product to us within a further 14 days. If we receive your product within 28 days of delivery to you or collection point, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
If you would like a refund but for some reason you are unable to return the product to us, please contact us - but please remember that we reserve the right to decide on your refund at our discretion.

Our goal is to refund your funds within 14 days of our warehouse receiving the returned product.

We do not accept returns of unwanted items after the period mentioned above. If you try to return a product, it may be sent back to you and we will ask you to cover the shipping costs.
