Steering Rack Regeneration

This process includes diagnosing the unit to determine the cause of failure. The unit is completely disassembled and inspected. Depending on the condition of the steering rack, repairs are carried out using one of two methods:

1. Restoration of steering systems using new original spare parts and high-quality repair kits of our own assembly, including new bushings, rings, bearings, seals, and rubber rings.
2. Installation of a similar steering rack from our company's repair stock, already expertly restored using the best spare parts.

Mechanical Steering Rack Regeneration

Our company repairs and restores all types of steering mechanisms, including those without power assistance. We check steering racks for play, corrosion on the shaft, in the steering gearbox, and on the mechanism housing. We eliminate wear in the central position of the rack and replace worn-out consumables such as gaskets, seals, bushings, and seals with parts from repair kits.

Hydraulic and Electric Power Steering Repair Services

We perform comprehensive diagnostics on all types of power steering mechanisms: hydraulic, electric, and electro-hydraulic. During steering system restoration, we check seal integrity, clean mechanical and electronic parts from corrosion, and verify the functionality of electronic power steering components such as control units, sensors, and contact pairs. All damaged parts are replaced with new ones, and control units are restored if necessary using our own manufactured parts and technologies. We install new software and remove errors in control units.

Steering Column Repair

The STS workshop restores all types of steering columns, with or without electric power assistance. We diagnose problems, clean corrosion from spline connections and electrical contacts if present. We replace bushings and universal joints of the steering mechanism's cardan transmission. If necessary, we change control boards and restore electronic settings. Upon completion of work, we test the columns on a stand.

Power Steering Pump Repair

We restore both simple hydraulic pumps driven by the car's engine pulley and electric ones. As with other units, our specialists completely disassemble and diagnose all pump components, clean them from corrosion, and replace worn-out seals with new ones. If necessary, we re-solder electronics and coordinate the operation of new elements using diagnostic scanners.

Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Repair

This includes diagnostics of all vehicle units and assemblies, checking all main components of hybrid cars and electric vehicles:

• Inspection of high-voltage batteries, their charging, calibration, and balancing. If necessary, elements, modules, and control units are replaced. Batteries are restored to factory parameters, ensuring normal operation and a long driving range.
• Solving electric motor problems: replacing bearings, restoring stator windings according to car manufacturers' technologies, eliminating leaks in the cooling system.
• Restoration of control electronics: software installation, board re-soldering, restoration of oxidized contacts, replacement of units using proven components of our own manufacture.
• Repair of starter generators for "mild" hybrids (MHEV).

Chip Tuning

Our specialists perform vehicle software flashing, making changes to the electronic engine control unit by correcting control programs (Stage 1). Before this, they conduct a full diagnosis to identify and eliminate all possible malfunctions.
