The specialization of STS is the diagnosis, service and repair of the steering system. Our employees are educated specialists who have been dealing with the management system for at least 5 years. We carry out diagnostics and check the condition of repaired parts using our own equipment, and for repairs we use specialized tools (TM MSG Equipment). During repairs, we only use new parts.

STS offers services related to the regeneration of steering gears:

• using the repair kit — new bushings, Teflon rings, seals and rubber rings
• replacement of damaged first parts – our specialists will install a new rack, distributor (distributor) or housing

The service package for cars with hydraulic and electric power steering includes:

• part condition diagnostics
• using the repair kit — new bushings, Seger rings, bearings, seals and rubber rings

repair or replacement with new first parts:

• toothed rack, housing, distributor (distributor)
• in order to eliminate mechanical faults, they check the presence of gaps in the spline connection, replace gears and bushings
• checking the electrics — connectors, relays, wiring, engine operation
• test sensors, set control module parameters

When the first signs of a fault appear in the steering column, diagnostics must be performed immediately. STS specialists:

• they will disassemble the steering column and assess the condition of the first parts
• replace worn parts: bearings, bushings
• if the cutters or cross are broken, the entire steering column will have to be replaced

Before repairing the electric steering column, the steering column is dismantled and taken apart.

• in order to eliminate mechanical faults, they check the presence of gaps in the spline connection, replace gears and bushings
• checking the electrics — connectors, relays, wiring, engine operation
• test sensors, set control module parameters

Power steering pump repair – work performed in the scope of:

• disassembly: checking the hub or pulley, pressure valve, pump top plate and seals
• diagnostics of the rotor and stator, the location of the on-board pressure valve, checking the pump shaft
• replacement of worn parts, all seals

The design of the electro-hydraulic power steering pump assumes the presence of electrical components, so its repair involves:

• disassembly of the pump into its first parts
• replacement of seals, bearings, bushings
• regeneration of the pump shaft, rotor with stator, pressure valve
• electronics repair

Regeneration of the mechanical steering gear is:

• Disassembly into parts, cleaning of parts
• Replacement of bushings, bearings

Renovation of the rack.

If parts are worn or severely corroded, they will be replaced with new ones.
How much does it cost to repair the steering system?

If you take care of your car and the technical inspection is carried out on time, restoring the steering system to a condition comparable to a new one will not be so expensive. The price of regeneration of steering system parts varies for different makes and models of cars and may change depending on the condition of the parts. There is a warranty on all spare parts and repairs performed.
