Polecam tę ekipę. Miałem tzw " trudny przypadek" z VW ID5 (losowo występująca upływność prądu podczas ładowania skutkująca odłączaniem ładowarki), którego ASO nie chciało się podjąć. Panowie z STS spędzili nad tym dwa dni, ale znaleźli i usunęli przyczynę bez konieczności wymiany połowy samochodu itd. Naprawdę miałem poczucie, że zależy im na rozwiązaniu problemu a nie na "skasowaniu klienta". Dodatkowo miła, kulturalna i profesjonalna obsługa. Polecam z pełną odpowiedzialnością.

Borykałem się z uciążliwym problemem w swoim fordzie mondeo Mk5 diesel. Występował błąd czujnika temperatury, który po usuwaniu u innego specjalisty po dwóch dniach wracał z powrotem, było wymienionych kilka rzeczy, niestety cały czas to samo. Dodatkowo (jak się później dowiedziałem w salonie Sts, powodowany był przez to) błąd filtra Dpf, który przerzucał samochód na system awaryjny. Mimo dwukrotnego wypalania błąd wracał. Zgłosiłem się do salonu Sts parts z następującymi problemami. Najpierw został umyty filtr DPF oraz usunęli błąd czujnika. Niestety problemy powróciły. Wróciłem do Sts parts, szybko została podjęta diagnostyka, błąd czujnika został zlokalizowany po mozolnych i długich poszukiwaniach, okazało się że jeden ząbek z około 100 na kostce był wepchnięty do środka. Po wielu miesiącach prób i błędów, problem został zlokalizowany. Dodatkowo wykonałem stage silnika w cenie promocyjnej. Samochód chodzi lepiej niż kiedykolwiek a ja myślałem, że błędu czujnika temperatury a następnie filtra Dpf nie pozbędę się nigdy…. Dzięki jeszcze raz za pomoc i nie poddawanie się. Pozdrowienia Panowie.

Tesla umarła pod domem, jednak chłopaki pomogli mi zarówno z ogarnięciem w dobrej cenie lawet jak i naprawa baterii. Dzięki nim nie musiałem wymienić całej baterii tylko doprowadzili ją do ładu w dużo niższych pieniądzach. Auto jeździ już 2miesiace, zrobiło 5 tys km i wszystko śmiga aż miło. Gorąco polecam i będę tam jechał z każdym EV!!!

Fachowa obsługa i super robota. Już dwa razy wstawiłam tam swojego forda i jestem zadowolona. Wcześniejsi mechanicy nie mogli dojść do pewnych rzeczy, a tutaj bez problemów dostałam diagnozę i to jeszcze w błyskawicznym tempie. Zawsze szczegółowo wypisane co był robione oraz koszt części i robocizny osobno. Mogę liczyć na objaśnienie problemów przy odbiorze auta, a nawet jazdę testową, a nie tylko kluczyki w rękę i "tyle proszę zapłacić". Mam kawałek do tego warsztatu, ale warto, naprawdę. Polecam!

Проходил техобслуживание после покупки автомобиля и перед длительной поездкой. Выполнили замену всех жидкостей, провели диагностику топливной системы, очистили заслонки и заменили свечи накаливания. Работой остался очень доволен: всё сделали качественно, аккуратно и в оговорённые сроки. Main Differences Between Tesla and Other Electric Vehicles

Tesla occupies a special place in the global automotive industry. It is the only brand in the world that was originally focused on producing electric vehicles and fundamentally does not deal with other types of vehicles. Accordingly, its products also differ from other cars. These are not so much automobiles as computers on wheels, where the peripheral devices are not printers or scanners, but electric motors, window controls, or heaters. Therefore, such complex devices must be serviced by a special Tesla service in Warsaw.

Tesla is not just a special car, but also a special philosophy. Every car of the brand must have a certificate without which it is impossible to move on roads or even start the engine. The onboard computer of any Tesla electric vehicle, regardless of the model, is not an independent device but must be connected to Mothership: the corporation's main server that controls the software of each car.

Only in this way can software updates be received, configurations changed, new nodes and spare parts registered, and Tesla repairs and maintenance performed. To communicate with the server, the car must constantly have internet access and connection.

Another feature of Tesla electric cars is the maximum rejection of physical tactile control elements. All control of the car's functions, systems, and devices is concentrated on a central tablet with a touchscreen. When the screen fails or the car is de-energized, most of the electric vehicle's options become unavailable.

Typical Malfunctions of Tesla Electric Vehicles

On one hand, the models of this American brand differ significantly from their counterparts, and on the other, they are also electric vehicles. Therefore, the most common breakdowns can include both those common to many cars and those characteristic only to Tesla. Here are the issues most frequently encountered by our Tesla service in Poland:

Most Common Problems:

  1. Diagnostics and restoration of high-voltage batteries. Very sought-after services for all electric vehicles. The STS company has many years of experience in servicing and regenerating any current sources for cars.
  2. Touchscreen restoration. As already mentioned, the screen is a very important element of Tesla, concentrating most of the control functions.
  3. Software modification and configuration. This includes: solving certificate issues; replacing eSim with a SIM card; firmware updates; key programming; configuring autopilot and other functions.
  4. Door handle repair. Innovative door handles that "pop out" are a "trademark" malfunction of the brand's cars, especially Model 3 and Y.
  5. Chassis repair. Unfortunately, suspension and steering are also weak points of these electric vehicles. Cars require steering rack repairs, replacement of ball joints and steering rod ends, and shock absorbers.

In addition to these most common malfunctions, electric vehicles have problems with low-voltage batteries, inverters, cooling systems, stator windings, bearings, and Tesla charging ports. The service in Warsaw successfully repairs breakdowns of any origin and any degree of complexity.

According to the customer, the car had already been to another service center, where the starter-generator, one of the most expensive components of a mild hybrid, was identified as the cause of the MHEV system malfunction.

Problem: The 2022 Fiat 500e (2020) electric car was purchased at an auction in France and transported to the STS workshop in Warsaw by tow truck. The reason was a completely discharged high-voltage battery, causing the battery management system (BMS) to enter deep protection mode and the vehicle to stop accepting a charge. The situation was complicated by a critical BMS error caused by the deep discharge. As a result, the electric vehicle would not start, and standard software recovery procedures were ineffective.

After approximately 28,900 km of mileage since the repair, the unit lost its power, extraneous noises appeared, and the steering feel changed. The customer considered the case to be covered by warranty.
